Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Quality Technician to join our field services team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting issues with water filtration systems.

Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain water purification systems to ensure safe and high-quality water production
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with water filtration systems in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, or biology)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
