  • Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and assign maintenance tasks to the team, covering areas such as:
    • Electrical systems and plumbing
    • Heating and cooling systems

    • Boiler and gas systems
    • Swimming pool facilities
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team, track progress, and offer guidance and support.
  • Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary instructions, materials, tools, and safety gear to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general property maintenance.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in property maintenance.
  • Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • HVAC Certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
