Job Title: Pathologist, Director Translational Pathology

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced pathologist to lead our Translational Pathology group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing biomarker and diagnostics strategies across our pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tissue-based assays to support diagnostics and biomarker strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation of biomarker and diagnostics assay development
  • Provide expertise in human disease pathology and experimental pathology for development and interpretation of tissue-based assays
  • Deliver internal and external patient selection IHC and Molecular Dx assays and cutoffs across therapeutic areas
Requirements:
  • DVM or MD degree or equivalent, with 5+ years of translational or experimental pathology experience
  • Proven track record in translational pathology, with credible publications and strong molecular and/or experimental pathology supporting research and development
  • Expertise in tissue-based analysis, including in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, fluorescence applications, and laser capture microdissection
  • Strong leadership skills, including mentoring, motivation, and delegation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
