Mortgage Loan Originator

Kellogg Community Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining successful relationships with business referral sources, prospecting new mortgage lending opportunities, and providing exceptional member service throughout the loan process.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of referral business
• Prospect and generate new mortgage lending opportunities
• Meet with members to discuss loan options and provide guidance throughout the loan process
• Utilize KCCU training materials and resources to provide accurate and up-to-date loan information
• Ensure exceptional member experience by overseeing the loan process from origination to close
• Achieve production goals as established by KCCU

• At least 3 years of residential mortgage lending experience with a focus on generating self-sourced business
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, generating leads, and closing business
• Established network of referral business
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
