Night Auditor

At Ensemble Real Estate Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Front Desk and reconciling hotel daily revenues.

• Check-in and check-out guests, night audit packet, and oversee all functions of the hotel.
• Manage front desk activity, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Run downtime reports, balance accounts from day shift, and manage and update all official documentation.
• Answer calls, handle customer requests and complaints, and direct other employees or departments accordingly.

• Ability to stand for most of your shift.
• Hotels operate 24/7, and schedules may fluctuate based on business needs.
• Standing, walking, bending, stretching, twisting, or lifting up to 25lbs. throughout your scheduled shift.

Our hotel operates 24/7, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
