Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for leading our production team, overseeing tooling design and manufacturing, and driving process optimization. This is a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of our ultrasonic tooling and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead production management, tooling design, and manufacturing teams to achieve high-quality and on-time delivery
  • Develop and implement measures to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Oversee the development and implementation of the value creation system for production based on the LEAN philosophy
  • Monitor and analyze productivity performance across the area of responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Technical or Electrical), Business degree, or other comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Operations
  • General manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, PP, Word, Teams)
