Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and/or the Director / Office Supervisor, the LPN performs diagnostic procedures, assists the provider with patient procedures, and performs routine laboratory tests. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to adapt to individual patient needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic procedures and assist with patient procedures as directed by the provider.
  • Conduct routine laboratory tests and collect patient samples.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana.
  • Minimum of 2 years of current clinical experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to take patient vitals, administer injections and immunizations, and perform routine lab procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
