Under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and/or the Director / Office Supervisor, the LPN performs diagnostic procedures, assists the provider with patient procedures, and performs routine laboratory tests. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to adapt to individual patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic procedures and assist with patient procedures as directed by the provider.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and collect patient samples.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 2 years of current clinical experience.
- CPR certification.
- Ability to take patient vitals, administer injections and immunizations, and perform routine lab procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
