Tennis and Racquet Sports Coordinator

Isleworth Golf & Country Club, recognized for its elite status and excellence, is in search of a motivated and innovative Racquets Professional. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and promotes a healthy work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Racquets to design and implement a thorough program for Men's racquet sports, encompassing both competitive and leisure activities.
- Act as a passionate advocate for racquet sports, inspiring participation among members.
- Deliver personalized and group instruction to adults and youth, enhancing their skills and enjoyment of the game.
- Exhibit high-level proficiency in tennis and pickleball, offering guidance to members of diverse skill levels to foster improvement and community connections.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all racquet-related activities, creating an environment that aligns with the Club's values.
- Encourage member engagement by assisting in the planning and execution of events that promote camaraderie and sportsmanship within the Club.
- Work alongside the Director of Racquets to develop a diverse schedule of events, leagues, and instructional programs catering to all skill levels.
- Participate in the management of the ICC shop and junior summer camp, contributing to the overall success of the department.
- Adhere to the ICC teaching philosophy, ensuring its application throughout all racquet programs.
- Understand and manage the department's point-of-sale operations to guarantee accurate billing and reporting.
- Attend all relevant staff meetings to stay informed and engaged with the Club's operations.
- Collaborate effectively with the Club's Maintenance Staff to uphold facility standards.
- A minimum of three years of experience in teaching tennis and related activities.
- Ability to work autonomously while exercising sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with colleagues and members.
- Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and insurability for automobile insurance.
- Capability to lift up to fifty pounds.
- Certification as a USPTA Elite or PTR Pro or higher.
- A minimum playing ability of 5.0 USTA.
- Commitment to service excellence.
