About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team at Rainbow Restoration. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in helping our customers recover from property damage caused by fire, water, smoke, or mold.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established remediation and restoration procedures to ensure thorough cleanup of customer properties and possessions.
  • Maintain company equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Collect and record detailed documentation of job sites, including photos, notes, and videos.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, providing empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Conduct minor demolition and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to walk/stand for long periods, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
  • Ability to wear respiratory equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Availability to work after hours and on rotation for emergency calls.
Benefits

The base pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for on-call bonuses and overtime. Additionally, base pay increases by $3 per hour when any of the following IICRC certifications are obtained and maintained:

  • WRT - Water Restoration Technician
  • ASD - Advanced Structural Drying
  • FSRT - Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
  • OCT - Odor Control Technician
  • AMRT - Applied Microbial Restoration Technician
