Clinical Care Coordinator

This role involves working as an Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) Clinician, conducting home-based intakes and assessments. Your expertise will help us develop tailored treatment plans that cater to each family's unique needs.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home-based intakes for new families
- Complete assessments and identify treatment goals with families
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop effective treatment plans
- Masters degree in relevant field (counseling, psychology, social work, etc.)
- Licensure or limited permit in New York State
- Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access (preferred)
- Ability to travel between Bronx and Westchester County
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Hourly rate: $65-$75 (fee for service)
