**Job Title:** Bartender

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Troon International. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests, while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the bar area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Stocks and maintains bar inventory, including alcoholic beverages, mixers, and garnishes

• Mixes and serves a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests

• Assists in cost control and inventory management to ensure optimal profitability

• Maintains a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and supplies

• Communicates effectively with guests, management, and other staff members to ensure seamless service

• Performs opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, and cleaning

• Utilizes Point of Sales System to manage transactions and maintain accurate records

• Reviews banquet schedule and calendar of events to ensure preparedness for special occasions

• Serves catered parties and events, including meals and beverages

• Maintains knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and other beverages

• Participates in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• One year of bartending experience and/or training

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol

• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties

• Alcohol Awareness Training
