Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons.
• Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails.
• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
• Maintain and replenish bar inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Adhere to all food and beverage safety standards and regulations.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the menu offerings.
• Utilize the POS system efficiently for order processing.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and responsibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Follow side work requirements as directed by management.
• Ensure proper uniform and personal hygiene standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to keep the bar area organized, stocked, and clean.
• Relevant training certification is preferred.
