Compensation and Benefits

Your salary will be determined based on your experience and performance, with an annual range of $75K to $120K. Additional benefits include:

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional therapeutic interventions to the families served by CTN, facilitating functional goals that promote children's development.

As a vital member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, you will enhance our clients' functional abilities through targeted therapeutic interventions and educate patients, families, and caregivers on effective support strategies.

Expectations for Our Pediatric Physical Therapist
  • Achieve a 95% positive rating on customer satisfaction surveys
  • Meet 80% of proposed goals during re-evaluations
  • Maintain 100% of billable hours as per individual employment agreements
  • Ensure 90% or higher attendance rate for scheduled appointments
  • Complete all daily documentation within 24 hours of patient interaction
  • Finalize all evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress documentation promptly after patient visits.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and active PT license
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy is advantageous
