  • Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluate and improve the quality of care provided by clinical staff

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • BLS Certification
  • At least 1 year of work experience as an RN or LPN; experience in a physician practice setting is preferred
