Job Description

SERVPRO of Pascagoula is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our restoration division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restoration crews, ensuring that job schedules and products meet the highest quality standards at minimum costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Restoration Crews: Oversee the day-to-day operations of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels.
  • Lead a Diverse Workforce: Manage the tasks and activities of a diverse workforce to ensure jobs are being processed in a timely manner.
  • Effective Communication: Effectively communicate with all members of the restoration staff and delegate the appropriate duties for each team member.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Employee Development: Develop employees for opportunities of greater responsibility, improve the abilities, skills, and knowledge of production personnel through appropriate instruction and training.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict compliance with all safety procedures and implement safe working procedures in assigned restoration areas.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of management experience and at least one year of restoration industry experience preferred.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications preferred.
  • Skills: Strong process and results-driven attitude, ability to multitask, and remain detail-oriented.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
