About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lose Design. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximising customer satisfaction, and building relationships with existing clients.

The Role:

  • Lose Design is a multi-disciplinary design firm that creates SPACES FOR LIFE, supporting fundamental human needs to live, work, and play.
  • We approach each project with the client's needs in mind, balancing budget, function, and aesthetics.
  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, providing job progress updates, and working scheduling to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reply to incoming calls from customers regarding products, services, and general information.
  • Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations.
  • Follow and improve departmental processes and company service standards.
  • Keep databases up-to-date with progressing work and client details.
  • Utilize standard technology such as telephone, email, and web browser to perform job duties.
  • Participate in individual and team training/meetings to ensure policy and product knowledge are up-to-date.
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
