Wireline Lineman

We are seeking a skilled Lineman to join our team at ADB Companies, Inc. as a key member of our wireline aerial team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing proficient manual laborer, cable placement, and equipment operations for various telecommunication projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety.

• Provides mid-level aerial installation functions, including hand digging, setting up traffic control, and operating equipment.
• Proficient with utility print and map reading.
• Climbs utility poles and/or utilizes lift to place cable in adherence to print designs and maps.
• Supports the setup and shut down of utility construction projects, including traffic control in various conditions.
• Trains alongside experienced construction crews to learn fiber installation, print reading, equipment operations, and OSHA requirements.

• 2+ years of lineman experience within the telecommunications industry.
• Formalized training/Lineman certification from an accredited tech school.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CDL License (or the ability to obtain).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
