Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at The FootBridge Companies. As a CNC Machinist - Swiss Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Swiss equipment, maintaining machining processes, and ensuring product quality meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update CNC programs, setup sheets, and inspection plans.
  • Set up and run production equipment as needed to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure product quality meets customer requirements and integrity of inspection results.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean material flow initiatives.
  • Assist with training new team members and operators.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
  • Adhere to company safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years related experience in department processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to execute manufacturing plan effectively.
  • CNC machine process technology skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Strong math skills and computer proficiency.
Physical Demands:
  • Light to moderate physical exertion required.
  • Lifting/carrying maximum 50 lbs.
  • Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility.
