Job Description
This Administrative Specialist I position will play a crucial role in supporting our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant administrative experience, particularly in customer service and policy interpretation, is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is also required. In addition, you must be able to learn and apply data into in-house computer programs such as SAP and spreadsheets.
