Job Description

The position requires technical support in the following areas:

  • Audio video conference management and support using Webex
  • Telecommunications experience including switches, routers, Centrex systems, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
  • iOS experience, cellular network operations utilizing Workspace One/Airwatch
  • Project stakeholder experience including small to large-scale projects

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong professional relationships with customers, and maintain a high level of productivity. Webex Hub Professional training and certifications are required within 60 days after the start date. Travel to agency locations is required for technical support, equipment installs, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for audio video conference management and support using Webex
  • Assist users with basic to complex audio video support
  • Support telecommunications experience including switches, routers, Centrex systems, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
  • Support iOS experience, cellular network operations utilizing Workspace One/Airwatch
  • Support project stakeholder experience including small to large-scale projects

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in audio video conference management and support using Webex
  • 5 years of experience in telecommunications including switches, routers, Centrex systems, Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP)
  • 5 years of experience in iOS, cellular network operations utilizing Workspace One/Airwatch
  • 5 years of experience in project stakeholder experience including small to large-scale projects
  • Webex Hub Professional training and certifications within 60 days after the start date
