We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at West Reading Nursing and Rehab in West Reading, PA.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating patients to collect data and report changes in condition
  • Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders
  • Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
  • Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
