Job Title: Primary Care Nurse

">Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
">About the Job:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our team at Comprehensive Community Action Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education in a fast-paced community healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans.">
- Administer medications, perform minor surgical procedures, and provide basic life support as required.">
- Educate patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies.">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.">
Requirements:

- A current RN license in Rhode Island or eligibility for licensure.">
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care or community health nursing.">
