Role Summary: We are in search of a proficient SAP EMS Specialist who possesses a strong background in Selenium and a comprehensive understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process. The successful candidate will be adept at managing SAP Enterprise Management Systems (EMS), crafting automated testing scripts utilizing Selenium, and will have extensive knowledge of the Q2C cycle to facilitate efficient and precise processing within our organization.

Core Responsibilities:

Management of SAP EMS:

  • Set up, maintain, and resolve issues within SAP EMS modules.
  • Engage with stakeholders to comprehend and implement business needs within the SAP EMS framework.
  • Oversee system performance to guarantee optimal functionality of SAP EMS.

Automated Testing with Selenium:

  • Create, execute, and sustain automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the reliability and functionality of SAP EMS.
  • Identify and document defects, collaborating with development teams to address issues.
  • Incorporate Selenium testing within CI/CD pipelines to enhance the testing workflow.

Expertise in Q2C Process:

  • Evaluate and refine the Quote-to-Cash process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Offer insights on best practices for managing sales orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition within SAP EMS.
  • Work closely with finance and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of Q2C activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP EMS, including system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong expertise in Selenium for test automation, with practical experience in script development and execution.
  • Thorough understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process, encompassing sales order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and methodologies is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP certification in relevant EMS modules.
  • Experience with additional test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
