We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our constructed projects, monitoring contractor progress, and performing quality control and contract administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control and Assurance: Read and understand construction plans and specifications, monitor and document contractor progress, and perform field testing of construction materials.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare complete, written reports, including daily summaries and test results, and communicate with the project team regarding project progress, test results, and non-compliant items.
- Contract Administration: Ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and communicate with contractors regarding project requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of construction experience preferred
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license
