About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Choctaw Staffing Solutions. As a Behavioral Health Care Provider, you will play a critical role in supporting the mental health and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement policies and procedures for mental health services
  • Conduct screenings, clinical counseling, and case management services
  • Provide a spectrum of behavioral health interventions, including individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Consult with medical personnel, legal authorities, and military commanders as required
  • Maintain accurate and current notes in electronic medical records
  • Participate in military-specific training and activities
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Current, unrestricted clinical license to independently practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearance
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior military and/or special operations experience
  • Experience working in a government setting, such as the Department of Defense or Department of Veterans Affairs
  • Prior experience in substance abuse/disorder treatment
