Responsibilities- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and handling instruments and equipment with precision.
- Collect and process surgical specimens, ensuring accurate identification and handling.
- Participate in the turnover of operating rooms, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly cleaned and stored.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during surgical procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 2 years of experience or military equivalent experience preferred.
- Surgical Technician certification or training required.
