We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Kaiser Permanente's Moreno Valley Community Hospital. As a Staff RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading the healthcare team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety.
- Adhere to Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Current California RN license.
- ACLS certification.
- Successful completion of a Basic Arrhythmia course.
- One year of recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience in an acute care setting.
- BSN degree.
