Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Dean of Students to join our team at ROE #9 Champaign-Ford County School Districts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the academic and administrative aspects of our elementary school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student achievement.
  • Develop and implement academic programs and initiatives to support student growth and success.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including budgeting, scheduling, and facilities management.
  • Collaborate with other school administrators and district officials to achieve district goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Illinois Administrative Licensure (preferred) or progressing toward Illinois Administrative Licensure.
  • Master's Degree or above (preferred) or progressing toward a Master's Degree.
  • Prior teaching and/or administrative experience at the level to be assigned (preferred).
  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
Benefits

The entry-level base salary for this position is $68,700, plus highly competitive benefits, including 100% Board-paid TRS contributions and 100% Board-paid employee-only health, dental, and term life insurance. There is a minimal employee cost for vision insurance. Additional compensation above the base is offered to candidates based on their number of years of successful teaching and administrative experience.
