Job Description

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Bergen County, NJ office. This is a Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm position with an estimated salary of $23-$25 per hour.

Responsibilities

  1. Document and maintain records of all company vehicles to ensure they meet legal requirements.
  2. Manage the process of licensing and titling vehicles and trailers, including necessary paperwork through the NJMVC.
  3. Handle and coordinate insurance cards and serve as the point of contact for new vehicles or missing cards.
  4. Oversee and administer the company's GPS and dashcam systems, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  5. Coordinate and manage the company's EZ pass account, tracking transponders and handling toll reports and violations.

About the Position

This role requires strong administrative experience, preferably in a fleet management or construction environment. You will also need to have knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and Microsoft Excel skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
