Fleet Management Coordinator

Job Description
We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to work in our Bergen County, NJ office. This is a Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm position with an estimated salary of $23-$25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Document and maintain records of all company vehicles to ensure they meet legal requirements.
- Manage the process of licensing and titling vehicles and trailers, including necessary paperwork through the NJMVC.
- Handle and coordinate insurance cards and serve as the point of contact for new vehicles or missing cards.
- Oversee and administer the company's GPS and dashcam systems, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage the company's EZ pass account, tracking transponders and handling toll reports and violations.
About the Position
This role requires strong administrative experience, preferably in a fleet management or construction environment. You will also need to have knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and Microsoft Excel skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
