We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Infusion Suites team in Southern California. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our infusion centers, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the infusion suites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategic plans for the infusion suite, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided in the infusion suite, implementing continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Manage the infusion suite budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and financial sustainability.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the infusion suite team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in infusion therapy and outpatient infusion services, implementing best practices in the infusion suite.
