Electrical Maintenance Role at Freudenberg Group

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician at Freudenberg Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and supporting technicians, specialists, and contractors as needed.
  • Completing preventive and predictive maintenance work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with production personnel to diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct problems.
  • Providing after-hours response to emergency and breakdown situations.
  • Installing new or repaired equipment.
  • Offering support as needed to other maintenance personnel and departments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A two-year associate degree in electronics or a related field.
  • Completion of at least one mechanical course and one maintenance training course on pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC, steam, or heat transfer systems, and one course on PLC (Allen-Bradley) and DCS (Foxboro I/A).

Experience

You will require five years of satisfactory on-the-job experience in the electrical maintenance field or equivalent technical training course work. Additionally, you must be Forklift Certified.
