POSITION SUMMARY:
- The role of the receptionist is pivotal, operating under the guidance of the On-Site Manager and the Corporate Association Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly address homeowner inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive community atmosphere by engaging with residents.
- Relay any pertinent information to the On-Site Manager regarding events during the work shift.
- Complete special projects or tasks assigned by the On-Site Manager within established timelines.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT:
- Collaborate closely with the On-Site Manager and Maintenance Manager to stay informed about all activities within the building.
- Conduct property inspections at least twice during each work shift and address any concerns with the appropriate personnel or vendors.
- Be well-versed in all emergency protocols and the necessary actions to take in case of an emergency.
- Oversee the association's security entry system and surveillance cameras.
