Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Leasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leasing retail spaces in our shopping centers, identifying and acquiring tenants, and managing existing lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead lease negotiations from initial contact to completion, ensuring alignment with set goals and guidelines.
  • Identify and acquire tenants for our urban experience centers, leveraging your extensive network in commercial leasing.
  • Conduct property viewings, create individual offers, and manage existing lease agreements to ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote rental properties.
  • Network and expand connections to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, conduct market analysis, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience and extensive network in commercial leasing, particularly in retail.
  • Confident and convincing demeanor, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lease law and contract drafting.
  • Fluent in English and German.
