Job Summary

CSPC Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Military Academic Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our Education Services team, you will provide academic counseling to active-duty military personnel and other eligible customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct academic counseling sessions to help members establish realistic and timely educational and vocational goals
  • Identify challenges to goal attainment and provide periodic follow-up
  • Brief on programs, including Air Force tuition assistance and educational opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited American college or university
  • Master's degree and/or 15-30 semester hours in academic counseling, secondary education, or a related discipline (highly desired)
  • Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills
  • Appropriate education-related professional work or volunteer experience (highly desirable)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of AF terminology, office procedures, and Dept. of Defense education programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
