This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a social environment and enjoys interacting with residents both in group settings and one-on-one. Availability to work on weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate group activities
- Plan and organize events that promote social interaction
- Encourage resident participation and feedback for future activities

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in organizing events
- Background in assisted living or nursing home environments
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, memory care, and senior care
- Familiarity with recreational therapy practices

Job Type: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week (availability on Sunday, Monday, and Friday required)
