Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Studly, Inc.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction industry and be able to leverage their sales expertise to identify and develop strategic partnerships.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $115,560 - $192,600, with the potential for additional compensation through stock options.

About the Role
  • This role offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering project management platform for commercial general contractors.
  • As a champion for our product, you will effectively communicate its benefits to potential customers in the construction industry.
  • You will build relationships with key decision-makers and drive sales by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and working collaboratively with the executive team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market research and analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Be a storyteller: Craft compelling presentations and proposals that showcase the problem-solving capabilities of our software.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to build and develop your own high-performing inside sales team.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction industry.
  • A deep understanding of the construction industry's challenges and pain points.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
