Job Summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete finishing teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Inspect and test concrete surfaces to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Develop and implement plans for concrete finishing, including material selection and equipment usage
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Train and mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in concrete finishing, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, materials, and equipment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
