Healthcare Operations Manager RN

As a Clinical Manager at Fresenius Medical Center, you will oversee the delivery of quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations.
You will be part of a close-knit team responsible for creating unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities- Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
- Partner with internal departments, collaborate with the Home Therapies Program Manager, maintain medical and operations records, and comply with data collections and auditing activities.
- Manage clinic financials, including supply utilization and profit/loss review.
- Ensure completion of required network reporting and on-site surveys.
- Coordinate patient care, educate patients on quality measures, transplant options, and access care.
- Act as a resource for patients and families, addressing concerns and questions.
- Ensure timely completion of patient care assessments and care plans.
- Manage patient schedules, develop action plans for missed treatments, and plan patient eligibility for treatment.
- Participate in staff selection and hiring, ensuring completion of new hire orientation and mandatory trainings.
- Responsible for staff training, licensures/certifications, and professional growth.
- Maintain current knowledge of company benefits, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Complete employee evaluations and establish annual goals.
- Facilitate physician privileges and compliance with Fresenius Medical Care Medical Staff By-Laws.
- Ensure strong physician relationships and regular communication.
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) and current appropriate state licensure.
Experience and Skills6+ years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility, 12 months of clinical nursing experience, and 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
Preferred skills include supervisory or project/program management experience, med/surg or ICU/CCU experience.
Physical Demands and Working ConditionsThe work environment is characteristic of a healthcare facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels.
May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials.
The position requires heavy lifting, moving of patients, and assisting with ambulation. Equipment aids and/or coworkers may provide assistance.
Salary$103,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year.
