As a Clinical Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations.

Job Description

Manage Clinic Operations:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for direct reports.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

Patient Care:

  • Coordinate patient care with staff members from admission through discharge.
  • Educate patients on quality measures, transplant options, modality awareness, and access care.
  • Act as a resource for patients and families to address concerns and questions.

Staff Management:

  • Participate in hiring and orientation of new team members.
  • Ensure completion of training courses and licensure/certifications for patient care employees.
  • Provide support and encourage professional growth for clinical staff members.

Physician Relations:

  • Facilitate physician privileges application process and compliance with Medical Staff By-Laws.
  • Maintain strong relationships with physicians and ensure regular communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
  • Current state licensure.
  • 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
  • 12 months experience in clinical nursing.
  • 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.

Salary: $103,000.00 - $172,000.00 per year
