Job Summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our Home Health team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staff assignments, caseloads, and productivity to ensure optimal patient care and team performance.
  • Evaluate staffing levels and clinical competence to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Provide clinical guidance and coaching for complex situations, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Manage quality and fiscal outcomes, service utilization, targeted case mix, and productivity levels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to inform patient care and team performance decisions.
  • Review clinical documentation and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible clinical experience, with at least 1 year of recent home health experience.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software applications.
  • Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of home health Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms.
  • Ability to critically assess situations, make decisions, and execute solutions.
  • Strong sponsorship and buy-in skills to support and implement initiatives.
  • Integrity and an objective management style.
