Job Title: Mental Health Therapist I-II

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist I-II to join our team at Point Quest Pediatric Therapies, A member of the Point Quest Group. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapy services to students, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to students with learning and social/emotional needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including teachers, parents, and other therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Conduct crisis intervention consultations and provide support to students in crisis.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and consultation meetings to ensure adherence to best practices and to receive support and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Counseling or related field.
  • Registered and active license as an LMFT, AMFT, LPCC, APCC, LCSW, ASW with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and/or PPS credential if a School Counselor or School Psychologist.
  • Experience working in a school or treatment setting with students with learning or social/emotional needs.
  • DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance.
  • Pro-Act, CPI, and/or CPR certification helpful.
