Job Summary

As a Server at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a warm and welcoming environment. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
