Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all client needs are met and treated with professionalism.
  • Engage effectively with all clients by building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Make informed recommendations for products and services.
  • Meet minimum sales targets.
  • Handle multiple tasks such as cleaning tanning beds as clients exit and welcoming new clients upon arrival.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
  • Work collaboratively with a team in a lively and fast-paced salon environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting heavy items and boxes.
  • Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floor.
  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
Compensation: $11.00 per hour
