Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Therapist to join our team. As a Child Development Therapist, you will work closely with families to provide in-home developmental therapies to children 0-5 who require developmental services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with families to identify strategies for child development and progress.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Work closely with Service Coordinators from TEIS to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to track child progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend and participate in regular reviews and meetings with families and LEA representatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of family visits and assessment results.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Experience in early intervention, goal setting, and family-centered practice.
- Ability to travel regularly within the designated service area.
- Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
