Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests.
  • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling procedures.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of financial statements and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Food Safety Management.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
