Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the managerial and administrative functions of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality assurance, and cost reporting.
- Collaborate with project owners and design teams to create preliminary project plans.
- Engage in proposal discussions with clients to clarify project scope and explore cost-saving measures.
- Manage subcontractor selection and procurement processes.
- Facilitate regular job site meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Make informed decisions under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to achieve project goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- 0-5 years of experience in design/build projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
