Join Our Team as a Medication Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team at The Watermark at Bellevue. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications and providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individual needs and care plans
  • Monitor and record residents' medication intake and report any concerns to the nursing staff
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Current Medication Aide Certification
  • 1 year of experience as a Medication Aide in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care, or Skilled Nursing setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
