Furnace Fabricator

Sinc Thermal is seeking an experienced Furnace Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling custom machinery, including furnaces, using a variety of materials and techniques.

• Fabricate and assemble custom machinery, including furnaces, using blueprints and technical specifications.
• Weld and assemble structural steel components, including pipes and tubing.
• Install high-temperature refractories and insulation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.

• 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Proficiency in welding in and out of position in all orientations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
