Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Specialty Infusion Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide expert nursing care to patients receiving complex pharmaceutical therapies in their homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients, adhering to policies and procedures, as well as state laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff, physicians, and patients to develop and monitor treatment plans.
  • Assess patients and establish individualized plans of care, managing vascular access devices and educating patients and caregivers.
  • Evaluate patient progress and make recommendations for changes to treatment plans as needed.
  • Coordinate care with home health and other community agencies, as indicated.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
  • Valid nursing license in state(s) of practice.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with previous infusion and home health care experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience in IV therapy, with current CPR certification.
  • Flexible schedule with the availability to work a variety of shift models.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with a clean driving record.
