We are looking for a highly qualified Counseling Services Specialist to join our team at Anchor Counseling & Education Solutions, LLC.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field meeting requirements for appropriate license or credential required.

A valid License or Credential accepted include:

  • Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
  • Licensed Social Worker
  • Pupil Personal Services Credential, in California, that authorizes counseling or school psychology, LCSW, ASCW, AMFT

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around $95,000 - $125,000 per year.

This role will work with students throughout the state of California both virtually and in person. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home and school
  • Assess student progress through consistent review of classroom data collection and recording systems and provide applicable training and guidance to classroom staff accordingly in addressing student needs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field meeting requirements for appropriate license or credential required
  • Valid License or Credential accepted include: Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, Licensed Social Worker, Pupil Personal Services Credential, in California, that authorizes counseling or school psychology, LCSW, ASCW, AMFT
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Zoom, IEP Platforms such as SEIS (preferred)
